Jockey Hollie Doyle has secured her 1,000th winner in Britain – and hopes to go on and double her tally.
The 28-year-old turned solely the second girl after Hayley Turner to achieve the landmark with victory aboard Deal with With Care, educated by Marco Botti, at Lingfield on Monday.
“I am delighted to have gotten that finished, it is one other milestone and hopefully there’s one other 1,000 below the bonnet someplace,” stated Doyle.
