Former UFC fighters Jeff Molina and Darrick Minner have been banned by the Nevada Athletic Fee.
Minner, 34, obtained a 29-month suspension for not disclosing a “critical damage” he obtained earlier than a UFC battle on 5 November, 2022.
Molina, 27, has been suspended for 3 years for putting a big guess on Minner’s bout and failing to reveal his team-mate’s damage.
The Nevada Athletic Fee say Molina admitted to the violation.
Minner didn’t reveal his knee damage on a pre-fight medical questionnaire and was rapidly completed by Shayilan Nuerdanbieke in spherical one.
The featherweight bout was flagged by US Integrity as being the topic of suspicious betting and has sparked an investigation into an unlawful playing scheme involving UFC fighters and a coach.
Featherweight Molina’s suspension ends on 5 November, 2025 whereas Minner can return to preventing on 26 March, 2025.
Each Molina and Minner skilled previously with former UFC fighter turned coach James Krause.
Krause is beneath investigation for allegedly being concerned with an unlawful betting scheme and the UFC has barred fighters from coaching at his health club and utilizing him as a cornerman.
