Dragons have confirmed the long-expected signing of South African fly-half Tinus de Beer from Welsh arch-rivals Cardiff for 2025-26.
The 29-year-old impressed on the Arms Park following his arrival for the 2023-24 season.
However he was usurped after Wales fly-half Callum Sheedy’s arrival from Bristol Bears within the Welsh capital for the present marketing campaign, whereas one other Wales 10, Ioan Lloyd, will join Cardiff from Scarlets for subsequent season.
Dragons head coach Filo Tiatia stated: “We appeared intently at how he (De Beer) performs the sport and we’re excited by the best way he can add to us and his attacking nature.
“He is a powerful defender, a participant who places himself on the entrance line, and he brings actual tactical consciousness to the sport.”
