In addition to including Forshaw to his teaching staff, Parling has turned to former team-mate Allen because the rookie boss prepares to take the helm of the Tigers.
Former centre Allen, 38, gained two Premiership titles with Leicester and earned two England caps earlier than he was forced to retire in 2015 due to a knee damage.
He took up a task with the membership’s academy, then went on to work as a Tigers under-18 head coach earlier than stepping as much as the senior teaching staff.
Allen left for a job within the Championship with Coventry in 2019.
“It has been good for me to have been away, expertise new environments and challenges at totally different organisations and have the ability to come again with these worthwhile classes so as to add to the teaching room,” Allen stated.
Allen and Forshaw are the primary two teaching additions made by Parling, who will proceed to work with Brett Deacon, Neil Fowkes, and Peter Hewat, who all labored underneath former head coach Michael Cheika.
