Hull FC have been taken over by former Leeds Rhinos president Andrew Thirkill and businessman David Hood, ending Adam Pearson’s 13-year stint on the helm of the Tremendous League membership.
Thirkill and Hood entered into an exclusivity period in November, with Pearson confirming in a press release on Wednesday the handover had been finalised.
Pearson will keep on at Hull in a consultancy capability with Thirkill changing into chairman and Hood becoming a member of the board.
